These sessions are designed to help anyone who wants to learn to meditate. Maybe you’re starting from scratch. Or you’ve done some meditation before in a different tradition. Maybe you meditate already and need to be reminded it’s always about learning.

However you come to it, the starting point is: it is a simple daily practice. Like everything worthwhile, it takes time but it produces wonderful fruits in your life. You’ll probably wonder ‘why didn’t I do this before and how did I think ‘it’s not for me’ because it is so obviously for everyone?’

Each week we will review the practice with down to earth advice and also at its deeper meaning:

  • the challenges of learning a contemplative practice in our kind of world,
  • the fruits,
  • how self-knowledge opens us to new understanding of all our relationships
  • and to the knowledge of God.

Each session last for one hour and includes a talk, meditation session, question and sharing with Fr Laurence.

Laurence will be teaching online but we will have our group together in person at The Meditatio Centre in London so that we may learn and meditate together and then share refreshments afterwards

Registration opens soon.
