The birth of Jesus takes place in a cave at night but what bursts upon the world is the invisible sacred light of God, the light of truth and love revealing itself in the tender vulnerability of the human form. The story is full of paradoxes, just like human life, but by entering paradox we are filled with the light of the mystery of being which transforms human existence. Fr Laurence will explore these themes during this day as he draws us further into the cave of the heart and the light within us as we prepare for a really and fully happy Christmas.
