These sessions are designed to help anyone who wants to learn to meditate. Maybe you’re starting from scratch. Or you’ve done some meditation before in a different tradition. Maybe you meditate already and need to be reminded it’s always about learning.

However you come to it, the starting point is: it is a simple daily practice. Like everything worthwhile, it takes time but it produces wonderful fruits in your life. You’ll probably wonder ‘why didn’t I do this before and how did I think ‘it’s not for me’ because it is so obviously for everyone?’

Each week we will review the practice with down to earth advice and also at its deeper meaning:

  • the challenges of learning a contemplative practice in our kind of world,
  • the fruits,
  • how self-knowledge opens us to new understanding of all our relationships
  • and to the knowledge of God.

Each session last for one hour and includes a talk, meditation session, question and sharing with Marcus Duran and friends.

Please join us for refreshments afterwards.
