‘To meditate is to be student of love’: that’s a quote from Laurence Freeman. But what is love? And what difference does  meditation make to our committed relationships?

The day will draw on our own experience, the wisdom of our tradition and insights from the WCCM book ‘Meditators on Meditation and Marriage: the experiences of those who do both’.

The day will be enriched if you can read the book (or chapters that appeal to you) beforehand and come with any insights you find there.

Please note that this retreat day is IN PERSON at The Meditatio Centre, London only.
