Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese art that seeks to restore wellbeing through bringing body, breath and mind together in a series of meditative physical exercises.

The quiet state of mind that is cultivated through this practice is great for letting go of the stresses and strains of our busy modern lives. All the exercises can be adapted and practised by anyone, regardless of age, previous experience or level of mobility.

This workshop, with practitioner and meditator Peter Jaeger,  will be comprised of a short talk on Qi Gong followed by a practice session, suitable for complete beginners or people with some experience.

Please join us for a gentle introduction to this embodied meditative discipline.
