We are excited to welcome Terry Doyle and some of the people he works alongside in Middlesbrough to The Meditatio Centre for a get together around meditation and other contemplative (and fun) practices.
During the day we will engage in a programme of activities designed to support wellbeing and deepen spiritual connection. These will include Tai Chi, Capacitar Wellbeing, Creative Writing, Storytelling and Listening and singing with David Pisaro and Emily Smith from NEO (North East Opera).
The day will periods of meditation, tea, lunch and will culminate in a sing song and light refreshments at 4.00 pm.
