The Dance of the Spirit is an inspiring exploration of spiritual growth, serving as a thematic follow-up to Kim Nataraja’s acclaimed work on meditation and inner transformation, Dancing with your Shadow.

Moving past mere material or ego-centric success, the book guides readers toward deeper existential fulfilment. Rooted heavily in the discipline of Christian meditation—as rediscovered by John Main—it offers profound guidance on calming a chaotic mind, overcoming spiritual blockages, and harmonising the body, mind, and spirit.

By drawing from varied traditional stories, Kim Nataraja provides a roadmap to help seekers gracefully embrace their innermost thoughts and find ultimate peace.

DO join us after the talk by Laurence Freeman on the same day, and enjoy a conversation between Kim and Fr Laurence. Kim will be signing her books.
