We are opening The Meditatio Centre every Wednesday morning during Lent for early morning meditation.

Lent is more than a season—it’s an invitation. An invitation to pause, to breathe, and to draw closer to the heart of God. In the quiet, we discover the voice of our deepest self that so often gets lost in the noise of daily life.

Our sessions offer reflections from John Main and Laurence Freeman, poetry and 25 minutes of silence.

Whether you are new to meditation or have walked this path before, you’ll find a space to slow down and listen. Each session is designed to meet you where you are, helping you carry the stillness of Lent into your everyday life.

This Lent, step away from the rush. Step into the quiet. Step closer to God.
