These sessions are designed to help anyone who wants to learn to meditate.
Maybe you’re starting from scratch. Or you’ve done some meditation before in a different tradition. Maybe you meditate already and need to be reminded it’s always about learning.
However you come to it, the starting point is this: meditation is a simple daily practice. Like everything worthwhile, it takes time, but it produces wonderful fruits in your life. You’ll probably wonder ‘why didn’t I do this before and how did I think ‘it’s not for me’ because it is so obviously for everyone?’
Each week there will be a short input and we will meditate. We will look together at:
- the challenges of learning a contemplative practice in our kind of world,
- the fruits,
- how self-knowledge opens us to new understanding of all our relationships
- and to the knowledge of God.
Each session last for one hour.
